LiveBoard by FixedOptix

Your whole service floor, on one screen.

LiveBoard takes the production numbers your shop already tracks and puts them on the TV as a live board, ranked by what each technician actually does.

That’s a still. To see a board running on live numbers, we’ll walk you through one.

What it does

The numbers are already there. They're just spread across four systems.

LiveBoard reads them, puts them together, and shows them on the shop TV. It updates itself morning and evening, so nobody has to build a spreadsheet to see where the shop stands.

Techs are scored on their own work

Hours, inspections, video, ASR. The things a technician controls. Advisor numbers are shown for context but don't count against the tech, so the ranking stays fair.

Made to read from across the bay

Big player cards, a podium for the top three, slides that rotate on their own. It's for a wall-mounted TV, not a monitor. As many screens as your shop wants.

It keeps itself current

Data refreshes twice a day without anyone touching it. If a feed stops, the board holds the last good numbers and shows the date, so nothing on screen is ever wrong or blank.

Your data stays yours

The board runs on your store's own operational data — technician names, hours, op codes and inspection activity. Customer contact details play no part in how it works and never appear on the board. Your data is kept separate per store, yours to export any time, and deleted when you ask.

Every day, on its own

Techs see where they stand, what needs to get done, and where the team is shining. Managers see where coaching is needed and which technicians are pushing the standard behind numbers alone.

Your stack

Most boards read one system. This one reads across your whole stack.

A board that only knows one system tells half the story. Spin through and pick what your shop runs — LiveBoard pulls from each one and scores the whole picture.

Management system
Inspections / MPI
Scheduling
Fixed-ops analytics

One score across every system you run, set to your shop's own numbers, not somebody else's benchmark.

No customer personal data

The board reads production and technician performance numbers. Customer names, addresses, phone numbers and emails play no part in it and are never shown.

No hardware to buy from us

It runs on the data your store already has. You supply the screens; we supply the board.

You stay in control

Data is kept separate per store, yours to export any time, and deleted whenever you ask.

The same board works for the whole shop.

On the floor

Techs and foremen

  • Techs see where they stand, scored on their own work.
  • Foremen get aged ROs, stale statuses, and problem cars surfaced for them.
  • Competition that doesn't punish a tech for a slow month or a rough job mix.
Behind the desk

Managers and corporate

  • Managers set their own thresholds, slides, and who sees what.
  • Corporate gets one view across stores, kept separate per rooftop.
  • The DMS is still the system of record. Decisions stay with your people.

Why it exists

Built on the floor, not in an office.

LiveBoard comes from a working foreman — someone still on the floor, still turning wrenches and still dispatching jobs. Not a software company's idea of what a service department needs.

The numbers were always there. They were just scattered across separate systems, and pulling them together meant somebody standing at a desk building spreadsheets instead of being in the bay. So that job got handed to software: the same picture a foreman would put together by hand, up on the wall, keeping itself current.

It doesn't replace the foreman. It gives the hours back.

How it works

From the first call to live on the wall.

1

We talk

A short demo on your own numbers. You see what it does before anything goes on a screen.

2

Feeds get turned on

Your own vendor reps switch on the data feeds, or set up a reporting-only login scoped to service performance. Either side can shut any of them off at any time, and we delete the data we hold when you ask.

3

We set up your store

We build the board and tune it to how your shop runs. A one-time setup per store covers the work.

4

It runs

The board goes live on the shop TVs and updates itself twice a day. Support and monitoring are part of it.

Get started

See it on your own numbers.

Tell us about your store and we'll set up a walkthrough on real data, no commitment. Pricing is per store and comes down to your tech count, and we'll go through it on the call.

  • A walkthrough on your own data, no commitment
  • No customer contact details are used or displayed
  • Non-exclusive, cancel with notice, feeds off any time

We reply to your work email to set a time. Your details are only used to arrange the demo — never sold or shared.

Got it, thanks.

Your request came through. We'll email you to set up a walkthrough. If it's urgent, the address is in the footer.
